About This Project

Create a standing roster of 50,000 pre-credentialed, trained health professionals from member states who can be rapidly deployed to outbreak-affected regions under a UN Emergency Health Service framework. Unlike ad-hoc surge rosters, this corps maintains readiness through annual simulation exercises, standardized clinical protocols, and pre-arranged employment secondment agreements with national health systems. This eliminates the 4–6 week mobilization delays typical of current surge mechanisms.
