About This Project

Launch a global network of community-based precision agriculture cooperatives enabling smallholder farmers to collectively access, own, and govern precision agriculture technology infrastructure. Cooperatives would pool land data (with farmer consent) to reach minimum viable scale for precision technology ROI, share equipment costs across members, and collectively negotiate technology licensing. A global cooperative support platform would provide digital tools, training, and peer learning networks. Seed funding of $5 billion over 10 years from multilateral agricultural development banks would catalyze 10,000 cooperatives serving 50 million smallholder farmers.
