About This Project
Create a public conservation ledger for sacred and civilizational built sites: temples, forts, shrines, monasteries, mosques, churches, burial complexes, and ancient civic architecture. The ledger records every significant intervention as a legible evidence trail: what element was touched, what condition it was in, what evidence justified the treatment, who approved it, what materials were used, whether the work is preservation, restoration, reconstruction, replacement, or adaptation, and what uncertainty remains. It should combine 3D scans, annotated photographs, material tests, dating reports, contractor notes, conservation rationale, budget summaries, and custodian statements in one public interface. This is not another decorative heritage website. It is a chain of custody for memory. Sacred architecture should not be restored through sealed decisions and then presented to the public as timeless truth. The ledger lets restoration be positive without becoming opaque.
