About This Project

Establish a multi-jurisdictional policy experimentation network where elected officials and citizen advisory boards collaboratively design, execute, and transparently report on policy experiments. The platform includes: (1) Pre-experiment citizen deliberation with transparent design review and veto authority. (2) Binding cross-party agreements on success metrics before launch. (3) Real-time public dashboard with full data transparency. (4) Automatic scaling of successful policies across jurisdictions.
