About This Project

Establish a network of 12 high-volume green shipping corridors connecting major global trade routes, with zero-emission fuel infrastructure at all corridor endpoints by 2030. Each corridor would feature: guaranteed minimum green fuel offtake agreements anchoring infrastructure investment; coordinated port bunkering standards; emission monitoring and verification systems; and preferential port fee structures for zero-emission vessels. Private sector investment would be catalyzed through blended finance structures with first-loss capital from a $15 billion multilateral shipping transition fund.
